Golden Machinery Corporation was established in the year 1960 under the dynamic leadership of Late Mr. Jit Raj Agarwal. He quickly realised the huge potential of business in West Bengal and invited his brother - Mr. Ramesh Agarwal- to join him in partnership to grow this business. Their initial focus was to sell machines in the West Bengal region only, however, as reputation grew, so did the geography. By 1982 they started trade with Bangladesh. And eventually by the year 2000 we were supplying machines to Nepal and Bhutan.

As a family owned business, the company capitalised on the grit and passion of the 2nd generation. When Mr. Manoj Agarwal, eldest son of Mr. Jit Raj joined the business, he saw an opportunity in expanding the business to a wider range of products and to the other regions of the country. Under his leadership, the company introduced new lines of machinery in the Wooden furniture, sheet metal fabrication and allied industries. Today Golden Machinery is one of the leading suppliers in all of North-East, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha and Bihar.

The company saw a new phase of growth upon the joining of Mr. Neeraj Agarwal and Mr. Ashwini Agarwal. Under their leadership, 4 fasteners manufacturing units were established in Howrah and Dankuni districts. Today, Golden is a multi-disciplinary Brand, a one-stop-hub for everything engineering. The company deals in a very wide spectrum of machinery ranging from Workshop equipment, Wood Working machinery, Panel processing machinery, Sheet metal fabrication machinery, and Fasteners.
